i had mine shot peened and put arp bolts in cost me £180 for all 4 and no'1 rod snaped two days after i had my car set up. was running about 270 bhp at 25 psi. i dont think its that good but it did work toms car
you can get rods cheap now tho
i know steel rods are better,im just interested how this works to make the rod stronger and what sort of cost it would be
