Try not to skimp to much because you will only end up with a pile of rubish and if you can afford it its worth having the roof Glazed with "Active Blue" Toughened Glass. Dearer yes, but it sheilds 70% of the suns heat meaning you will actualy be able to go inside the Conservatory on a sunny day !!!!. It is also self cleaning and quiet when it rains.
If you have ever been in a "Polly top" conservatory then you will understand what i am on about as when it rains, it "Drums" so you cant go in it when its raining and you cant go in it when its hot!!
Dont go for a "floating Floor" either as they are shit and only done to save Money so go for a proper Screaded floor and if you can, go for underfloor heating as well.
NO mastic should be used on the PVC joins if they are any good. Only use Stelmex" on all PVC to PVC which is a Liquid Plastic and will not "Yellow"
One last thing is, no mater what make or how much you paid, it will only ever be as good as the fitters that fitted it are
