as said you need to take a trailer test to legally tow a trailer and have a vehicle that has the right towing capacity.
well dvla say anyone who passed there driving test after 1997 can only tow upto 750kg....
may just get the trailer, what are the chances of a copper stopping me while towing a track car with a scooby? slim i would have thought
