I'd suggest investing in a more modern amp and getting rid of the spaghetti junction you've got going on!

If you're using Sky for viewing and not a normal co-ax aerial feed to a tuner in the TV, then there is absolutely no need for there to be any more than ONE HDMI lead into your screen. a decent amp will run your PC etc. and EVERYTHING.

HOWEVER, if you're running Sky+ [not HD] to get optimum quality of picture you can run a scart to the TV but I run our Sky+ through the Onkyo and it's fine.

As for a nice solution for your stuff, enclosed cupboards [with good ventilation and possibly a fan] are a good idea when there are kids around imo. Plus an all in one Harmony Remote or something with an RF sender so you can always keep the door shut [the PS3 will go through walls using bluetooth ]. PLUS it'll keep all your wires out the way! [not knowing what you currently have]

And you're right about IKEA, the one in Wembley is like a pushing and shoving competition in a Bangladeshi market
