Big banner above said tent so everyone can see it from wherever they are would be a good plan.

The same setup at the handling circuit would be good though as when I walk over I want to see what the times are.

Actual times on the strip are shown on the LCD read outs where the cars stage up, those on bigger screens as the pod do or similar would be perfect.
