a t3 will make circa 330hp, but in my opinion if you are wanting close to 400 then i would get a t34.63
you can fit bigger compressor wheels; but you'd have to have the compresor housing machined to fit the bigger wheel, the turbine wheel is the biggest issue, as you'll be on a .48
personally its alot of pissing about, just get a t34.63 and sell the t3 (should fetch £90-£110 if in good order)
