I've switched to incline dumbell chest now for a bit for something different as I wanted to vary my exercises - where I've just worked my way back upto 45kgs per side as of last night - cant quite get them up on my own yet although I can get 40s up.
When I was doing flat I'd just started doing 50kg's each arm - could manage about 3 or 4 - can do 45kgs no problems flat & also I can get them up on my own too!!!
