Benni Flat bench is one of the most important exercises. You have to do it.
Yea that i understand fully, just that i was told when doing decline the weight/load is for a high percentage pushing ur shoulders in a position that is damaging to the muscles?
Ie. forcing them out of joint or something my PT was ranting about
