The way it normally works is we sell to employers wanting to get their existing staff trained with an NVQ/AP/AAP with no cost to them other than the time.

We dont take people and place them into a job to do an apprenticeship specifically, altho we do offer jobsearch facilities to those who have been through our doors at a lower lever and often we will help them get a job then again offer the employer/learner an apprentice at no cost

Apprenticeships are really for those who are already employed and wanting to learn the trade they're in, altho some providers offer in-house apprenticeships, they are costly and getting few and far between especially if its a trade that requires practical skills with tools/materials etc.
