get yourself a 2wd loom then you don't have to mess around with the escorts troublesome fuse box as they have the eng management and fuel pump relays on the loom
from memory for the 2wd loom
black ignition live
green tacho
black red trace fuel pump +
red batt +
brown white trace temp gauge
earths are bolted to the intake manifold
tbh this is the easiest way to go as anyone with a escos will tell you the eng looms are a pain
