Today someone knocked my wing mirror off. It was their fault as they were on my side of the road, they also admitted fault. We exchainged details and he was told I would be making a claim which was fair enough.

My question is, do i contact his insurance company to make the claim or go through my own? Im worried it might affect my insurance premium in the future even though it wasnt my fault.
