RESOLUTION
For a succesful PXE boot, perform either of the following:
- Manually change the PXE link speed as follows:
- During the Power-On Self Test (POST), press CTRL+S when the LAN On Motherboard (LOM) that is attempting the PXE boot is bannered. The setup menu will be displayed.
- Select "Speed."
- Select "1000bps."
- Press the F4 key to save.
- Perform the PXE Boot.
OR - Flash the firmware of the HP NC373i Integrated Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter to an earlier version (boot code Version 1.9.6), using the HP Gigabit Server Adapter Firmware Upgrade Utility for c-Class Blades. Perform the following steps to obtain a version of the HP NC-Series Broadcom Online Firmware Upgrade Utility with a boot code Version 1.9.6:
- Click on the following URL:

- Select the appropriate operating system.
- Select the Firmware-Network category.
- Select HP NC-Series Broadcom Online Firmware Upgrade Utility .
- Click on Revision History .
- Click on Release Notes (locate boot code Version 1.9.6).
- Select a version of the HP NC-Series Broadcom Online Firmware Upgrade Utility with a boot code Version 1.9.6 and click the "Download" button.

Im gonna give it them back, im already out of pocket by £25 buying them a new HDD that i dont need or cant use
