Thinking aloud, maybe the lambda heater has a dead short. Unplug it under bonnet to see.
this is exactly what i was thinking and text m8 late last nite and asked him to unplug and see if it starts
Reason i came to this is before he had the non start issue he said the was a stutter around 90mph which i reckon is about 4k and sometimes with the lambda gone down it can't rev over 4k
escos wiring and fuse boxes are a pain in the RS
