Indeed you are correct, BUT im a mate of the organiser & Know what they wish to promote . They prefer Veyrons, Lambo's etc. You can but try to enter Martin & see what happens. The statement below has been carefully worded to give them the final say, as cars turned up last year on trailers etc & were hardly road cars.

The Fighting Torque event is aimed at "Special" Standard or Modified road going cars. Fighting Torque is only open to road legal, taxed, tested and insured road vehicles.
The fitment and use of aids to performance relating to speed or braking that would not be considered sensible for use on the public highway are not allowed. These include Nitrous Oxide, Parachutes, Jet Engines. The organisers will adopt a "common sense" approach to any anomolies. However it must be understand that their decision will be final.
