Have you got 12V at the headlights on the yellow wires ?

If you haven't got 12V, check for 12V at both fuses 3 and 4.
If you haven't got 12V at fuses 3 and 4, remove relay F and check you've got two 12V feeds (at one of the big terminals (30) and one of the small terminals (86)).
Cheers i will give that a try.

Yeah it is both drivers and passenger sides.

I had a really quick look and i dont think there is any power to the head light fuses but it was a very quick look so i would need to check again for def.

Does the suggest that it is the smaller relays could be the problem?
