Just had mine done, 1 was snapped anyway so tried to drill it out and it drilled really easily as their just soft metal so snapped the heads off the other 2 and drilled them out as well!! I found a set of new dowls on ebay very cheap so replaced it with those rather than trying to re-use the old ones!
