andy,for the spark check for power at the + side of the coil (black wire) with ignition on.if none then there is a problem between there and the ignition switch.
for the injectors, they are supplied with power by the fuel injection relay which in turn powers the fuel pump relay seing as the pump is working then the fuel injection must also be working.
look for the 3 big block connectors at the back of the engine clipped to the bulkhead area. 2 are oval and one is square, split the square one and check for power at the pin with the red wire going into it (this supplies all the injectors which are the earthed through the ecu) this is the same power supply that powere the ecu so with ignition on check for power at pin 20 on the ecu.
it might be worth splitting the 3 block connectors to be sure they are making good contact.

on another note it the crank sensor is not working or set up correctly you will not get any spark either
