ok problem is it turns over very slow but the battry is fully charged
when u turning over it backfires once tho and thats it

its a L8 ecu
the crank pulley was changed from a sierra one to an escort pulley but when changing the sensor theres was a problem the sensor it was stoping the pulley from going on(if u no what i mean) so moved it back a bit to let the pulley on its about a 1mm from the tooth on the crank pulley. the fizzy cap was off a wile back to we just sat that back on the way it came off but the pulley for that was moved wile it was off

and another thing there was no petrol in the tank when the key was turned on for 2mins would this fuck the pump?

theres petrol in it now
