Question Torque Wrench

Hi guys, i need a torque wrench for rebuilding my escort. I've already got a Laser 1/2" drive which torques 10-150 ft/lbs.

I need a smaller one for fuel banjo's etc, doesn't need to be that great top end but needs to be accurate down low. Around 5 ft/lbs since they need 8 ft/lbs. Found this one on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Precision-TORQ...3A1%7C294%3A50

Is it any good? I don't know how accurate cheaper tools are and can't find a decent name one that'll go low enough.

Thanks in advance.
