Are you using a 36-1 or 62-2 trigger wheel by any chance?
If so, it sounds like your VR snesor to wheel clearance may be a bit big - try decreasing the gap. I know the EDIS manuals say <1mm but it really needs to be less than 0.5mm on an MS install.
Also, how many turns do you have on your VR pots?

Tried to set the vr pots at any way but didn't work.
The ZVH has been converted to Full zetec turbo now and i'm mapping it at the moment.
Still issues with revs but when i rev it in neutral it goes well above 6000 rpm without problems so have to finetune it a little
