What method are you going to opt for? I'm going to try sticking gasket to block first then offering sump up as my next attempt.

What are people views on torqing bolts? I've tried 5nm and 8nm and nipping up by hand without torque wrench.
Nipping by hand has had best effect (last attempt) and as is. Best effort so far with only a few drips. Glued gasket lightly to sump on this last attempt using superglue.
