help needed have a mk3 2005 mondeo tdci 130 have just put new pads and disc,s on rear and front but when you use the handbrake it works ok but when you release it the handbrake levers on the calipers dont move so have to get under car and do it manually ,any one know,s if i need new cables or calipers have tried wd40 on them and spent around half an hr moveing them back and forth no joy grrrrrrrrrrr
