Cut the carbs bud
Eat heaps of chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, eggs, peanut butter, bacon etc. Stay well clear of bread, rice, pasta..... watch the weight fall off! You will feel like crap for about 3 days (wont go into the chemistry, unless needbe) then you will feel ok. Your body will be tapping into its own fats as fuel, thus the dramatic cut. Always found it funny how people go on about getting ABS.....easy.....diet!! ABS are always there, yeah you can make them a bit bigger but they are hidding under fats, strip the fats and ABS will show, simples
