I worked with a guy that had a trawler, but he sold it and went working offshore, I asked him the strangest thing he's caught, he said he once pulled up a buldozer in one of his nets! Also says he knew loads of folk who have found bodies etc and the majority of folk just leave them alone.
Agree with what's said above, funny how it's reported in the media, the people are obviously dead, but they are "missing", and they must have SOME idea where it was, saying there is no idea is just dramatisig it. They have records of the flight plan, and when they last had comms with it, so that woukld give some idea when it crashed, BUT being so high up and having only best guess when it happened it must be a massive area to search. i reckon if they don't find any floating wreckage they won't find it for ages as there be no tell tale where to focus on.
