Default cossie won't start....Have fuel and spark....confused!

Ok, posted about this the other day, but since then I have checked everything I can think of and thought i'd post up another thread with all my findings so hopefully someone can shed some light on what could be wrong.
Basically I took the car out of the garage, drove it 10ft, did some urelated work to the car, never even opened the bonnet, then, when i came to put it back in the garage it wouldn't start.
I have taken the plugs out and cranked the car over, there is a spark to all 4 plugs (which are new).
Checked & cleaned the CPS (also new), checked all under bonnet wiring for any obvious things, i.e. phase sensor, ignition amp, coolant etc.
Also when cranking it over i took a multimeter to the injector wire and that is getting voltage so they must be working.
Also took off the return to tank and fuel is coing out there wen i turn it over!
Only thing to note is that someone thought it was a good idea to get a +ve feed for the fuel pump off of the back lights, so that's where it gets fuel from, but i have tested the orignal wire and there was +12v going to it before all this happened.
