Well I finally got round to fitting my GRS cooler in its new position yesterday.I used rstdave's pic's and info on here as the fitting instructions!! Fitting the intercooler and spaceing it out from the bottom crossmember was handy enough,I was just very carefull about measureing up for the position of the drill holes.Spacer's were measured and cut,but I did need to add an extra flat washer or two for the perfect gap.But cutting the bumper was another thing altogether.I had to cut loads off the back of it,actually thought I'd never get it to fit,but knew that it must,as rstdave fitted his.So I get trimming off bits from the back,and eventually got the bumper to fit back onto the car.I then used a long file to finish off all my cuts,because unlike dave and muz above,my bumper did look a bit "home cut".But I'm happy enough,as mine's only a trackday car,and at 80MPH no one will notice!! Would like to thank rstdave for ALL the advice he gave me on here on this fitment,top man. Roll on Croft to see how it all works on track.Sorry no pic's!!Regards,Micky
