this might sound like a dump question but i must ask as i realy like this car ive found but the engine is two big

i have found a perfect fiesta for me but the engine is a 1,6, could i put a 1.1 engine into the car and declare it to the insurance company and get insurance insurance prices for a 1.1, as im only 17 so anything over 1.3 they shun at and wont insure me for cheap
