I remember Dick Johnson wasn't the most popular guy choosing to run a 4-pot turbo rather than a 'Proper V8 Ford'......until they realised he was the best chance of stopping the GT-Rs from winning....or at least giving them a hard time!

At least the Cosworth was a Ford to the Aussie crowds.......the Nissans were never popular with the die-hards on the hill.
