I only sent the letter for the car Thursday and they said they dont even touch car till they recieve it. I was also meant to include a signed "spec sheet" but i forgot to add it in letter (thank god now!) so they shudnt have started any works yet....
Well if its not been sent you will have every chance of getting your deposit back! If its nit been sent then the garage has not done anything to warrant keeping the deposit.
