What do you mean " you wouldnt be wearing it " if they have sent the logbook off and put another name on the car then they have ever right to charge you whatever the car is devalued by because of this
I know it may not be this fellas fault he cant pay for the car but he said yes and signed his name so why should the garage loose out
Because i know they can contact the DVLA and have this cancelled. Keeping his deposit is fair enough but i do not see how this is fair to be trying to charge extra money, the deposit should be enough, even if another name was added to the V5!!
