mines runs 17psi also and my turbo starts spooling up bout 2500 and on full boost inbetween 3 and 3500 rpm i think , supose it depends on the setup you have tho
Mine starts pulling at 4000 rpm 4500 rpm its on full boost but then hits rev limiter which is 5800 so it dont feel your getting much pull in each gear, starting 2 think it might be turbo but dont smoke at al
