It hasnt had a new water pump but the engine is just rebuilt and had a new thermostat when rebuilt and was overheating and has since been changed again since to a genuine ford one.

IF you take the small hose off the top of the thermostat housing the water is coming out of there but its now flowing out quickly. How much should come out of there or what is the best way to test the water pump to see if its working properly?

Thanks
