When I go EFi I'm going Omex. Good product that is well respected by all. Omex 600 can be had for around £600. Fitting it isn't worse than any other management and any tuner worth their weight are able to map Omex. If I had to choose something else, I'd say Megasquirt. Damn versatile and efficient system that, many diferent cars run it and it's got a worldwide following due to its open source nature.
I don't think I'd do Cossie management, purely because it's done to death. I like to be a bit diferent and have a challenge. If I had any advice for you, it would be to go for what you want, not what everyone else has!

I'm with you on the Omex. I've purchased Omex 600 to go with my 1800 ZVH Turbo Orion. I was recomended that by a mate who tunes cars, he got a 1.4 micra tuned to over 200 BHP on Omex, so should be able to do something with my ZVH.
My friend has fitted Emerald ECU to his 1900 CVH long block RS 1600i turbo with some good results.
