The only time i would expect someone to charge that is when they dont know what they are doing. Like the body shop that did the insurance work on one of my cars, dispite being told not to machine polish, they did the exact opposite and now the car is covered in marring/ buffer trails and pig tails
All work that i have to now waste my time to put right
