I had to adjust the new panel to fit the original floor pan a little better
And tacked up for tomorrow's re-fit of the rear subframe
Got a bit more done
And I made another big hole
Another noisy day down at the garage making the holes bigger again
But to start with, some obigatory rust pictures
Hole nearly ready for floor pan, just some trimming and cleaning up
Filled in a couple of holes
Then started making some more
Those holes just keep getting bigger
Mind you they do look better once filled in
So then you have to start making more holes
Coming next is this little mess
N/S/R wheel arch nearly ready to remove and boot floor repair tacked into place, the new panel was a nightmare hence the burn marks on it as I had to heat it up and reshape it
Dunno what wheel its is as it came with the car
Today I had a feeling of deja vu
Tacked in place
All welded up ready for flattening back
Nearly finished the underside now, just the rear of the boot, wheels arch closing plates and the valance to go
