The Ex got an injunction on me when she cheated on me, made out i was violent, so wasn't allowed within 300 yards of her house, soon got lifted tho when i took her to court and she had no evidence i was violent
Ahh right so basically they can be given to someone whos completely innocent, wonderful
Id have thought they would need at least some evidence before handing one out
