It took a little bit of work tbh but not a massive amount, i chopped off the lip on the front cross member, spaced out in the intercooler so it cleared the cross member and mounted it lower down so the bottom outlet on the intercooler nigh on touches the chassis rail. Alot better fitment imo, the top of the intercooler is in line with the top of the bumper rather than sitting up under the bonnet, it also allowed a good air gap between rad and i/c. I then had to chop away some of the inside of the bumper. I'll take some pics tomoro in the light and post them up micky
