Good man, I try to keep it sensible in the week and blow out on Sundays, but it's now being sensible Mon_Fri and blowout the whole weekend.
Chinese is also my downfall, but thankfully I am not a lover a alcohol.
My work buy us a meal every Friday so its either KFC or Macdonalds or some such toot. I always eat far more than I need and that sorts my mindset up for the weekend!

Looking back I spose I do eat OK during the week but I don't eat foods for how they effect my body. I eat what I like. There is plenty of chicken etc in my normal diet but normally with a sauce of some description.
