Every food is my cheat food. Got to admit that I don't eat much crap often but when I fancy something I have it!
I'm not one of these that weighs the rice out every mealtime.

Good man, I try to keep it sensible in the week and blow out on Sundays, but it's now being sensible Mon_Fri and blowout the whole weekend.
Chinese is also my downfall, but thankfully I am not a lover a alcohol.

I've recently started a new diet and its great. Basically, when I'm bulking I take in 3000 calories of whatever i like. Its prob not the best way to do it, but its not doing any harm so far

What weight are you m8? 2500 cals per day is just to maintain so 500 above iseant gonna exactly yeald masive results should be amaing for atleast 4000

Today I'm 16stone 2.
I prefer to maintain at about 15, 7 but I'm almost ready to cut for the summer. I'm reasonably lucky (or unlucky depending how you look at it) that I have no real problems gaining weight. Its cutting I have problems with.

My work buy us a meal every Friday so its either KFC or Macdonalds or some such toot. I always eat far more than I need and that sorts my mindset up for the weekend! Looking back I spose I do eat OK during the week but I don't eat foods for how they effect my body. I eat what I like. There is plenty of chicken etc in my normal diet but normally with a sauce of some description.

Meat feast pizza is mine. When i go on a cut, i cant have a cheat day, if i do, it seems to screw it all up and i end up bingeing!!!
