The best way if its really stuck would be to disconnect the arm completely (from hub and chassis), take it off the roll bar if it will, then get it in the vice and twat it.
The only difference is that the Mk3 has a rubber inboard joint and the Mk4 has a metal knuckle joint. There will be more play with the Mk3 due to the rubber bush but i wouldnt of thought it would create any sort of juddering?
