my car is running 227bhp on standard injection and its given the same ish power figure on a few rolling roads, all i've done is use a ahmed chip, hybrid turbo and a chargecooler and its at 22psi
b/s were did you get it dyno at?
your be lucky to get 190 at the fly with just them mods
