BUT today me and my girlfriend had an offer accepted on our first house! ball is rolling with the mortgage now, seeing the advisor in the morning to do the full application!

3 bed semi in a nice area, comes with all appliances as well due to the vendor moving in with his future wife and not wanting to take anything with him!!

hopefully move in in 6-8 weeks, hopefully sooner as there is no chain at all!

it was up at 135k, agreed on 115500!
