how mutch power and which chip?

a 1,6er turbo ke jet with cossie 2wd turbo @ 14psi, grs evo intercooler, alu rad, 2,5" omp exhaust, chipīd. are 230hp possible with this setup? what something i need for 230hp?
what is the better chip, the bayjoo stage 1 from burton or the evolutionchip?
