Hi Mozwang

I have just converted my CVH powered Westfield SE from Carburettor to EFI, due to strict German environmental laws. Basically I have taken the complete engine, loom and control system from a donor XR2i car. Everything is now installed into position and the engine is running, however it is also running very rich (CO2 = 2.3%) with all sensors connected. The only sensor/component that is is not from the donor car is the fly wheel as the westfield is RWD. Incidentally i had to fettle the sensor in order to reduce the clearance between the fly wheel and sensor to approx 1 mm.
Do you beleive an incorrecty mated / Gapped flywheel and sensor would make the engine run rich?
Any advice would be welcomed
Cheers
Paul
