I would get the hole welded up, redrilled and then a helicoil insert put in to prevent reoccurance, can be done no problem
cheers mate, had thought about that, do you think this would be enough to stop it reoccuring again - or possibly the welds may cause surrounding metal to crack with the heat ?????
