Default YB 3DR Head problems - Advice Needed PLZ

I began bolting my turbo and exhaust manifold on today and came across a big problem. I had bolted everything back up then began to put the fluids in, then i notice the water coming out of one of the bolts on the exhaust manifold (Top one closest to bulk head), i removed the stud and bolt from the head and realised the threads were nackered on it, i replaced the stud but could not get it back into the head - it looks like the threads are shot and the previous person as possibly drilled to far into the head and drilled into a water pocket. I cannot get a stud back in and water drips from it.

Looking for advise on what to do next - i think i will need to get the head reconditioned but not sure if it can be welded or not as i have not had the head of yet

Anyone know of a company that would do a good job, possibly Rayland?

Any other ideas you have would be appreciated

cheers

Ben
