Since the age of 13 i have always battle with my weight... been big, then been skinny, been big then been skinny. I dont have many pics, but these few will give you an idea of how my weight and fitness levels go up and down.
This was me at my heaviest only 2years ago. Bang on 11stone:
After seeing this very pic i actually got off my arse and started to change my lifestyle. it took a while to notice any difference, but i altered my eating habits, and started walking (i know this sounds daft but it was a brisk power walk round a big block, which was more than i was ever doing)
Im trying to stick to my ideal weight of 9 stone, but currently at 9 and a half.
My IDEAL figure, would be something like this:

Stay the shape you are in my opinion, you look really curvy! and thats good!!!! non of this skinny ribs and size zero poop!
I know what you mean about the flabby bits under boobs, i have a massiv problem with mine and i can't figure out how to get rid, although at the moment i am only working on cardio stuff and only touch on ab crunch machines at the end of a sesh.
That before and after pic is a massive inspiration for me! Its got me really motivated to lose weight now! Thanks

Can i ask what height you are?? I am 5ft5 or thereabouts and 11st 4lbs, i have lost 2lbs already just by trying to get to the gym more and working on the right machines for a change
