right then, i want to get rid of the chimney in the upstairs bedroom so i'll have to get some chinmet brackets slotted in above in the attic

is this a fairly easy job to do? knocking out some bricks, bolting the brackets in and then setting n the lintels to support the rest of the chinmey?

and will i need to do something to the floor as well?

not to worried about the finish on the wall as it's going ot get fitted wardrobes in but i want to make sure nothings going to fall through

any pointers?
