Well you'll notice a difference soon enough, and feel a big benefit.
Train 3 times a week and cut your food intake by 10% and you should really see results.
You don't have to completely cut out things that are "bad" for you that you like, just cut down, and cut down your meal portion sizes by 10% and you'll be onto a winner.
Ern, I get addicted/frustrated because I never feel big enough, but that's 'cos I'm nowhere near big enough, lol. I'm 6'3"1/2 and was 10st 3lbs before I started training. 18 months later I'm 13st 6lbs, so I've improved a lot, but still nowhere near the shape I'd like to be, and it's getting tougher now. I'm slightly conscious as well 'cos I don't wanna put on "bad" weight. I've eased off the weights and high calorie diet a bit for the past few months because I'd started to a gain a little bit of a stomach, so am stil doing weights, but less, and started cardio again.
I'm pretty pleased with my back and shoulders, they've come on leaps and bounds. My arms aren't too bad, triceps are ok, biceps getting there, but I still got well skinny forearms.
My chest is my weak point though. I was born with a weird-shaped breastbone, and can't get the muscles to develop very well round it. I've got broader in the chest, but not grown outwards, and if I stretch up just slightly you can still see my ribs 'cos they're an odd shape too!
I took a pic last week which I was gonna post on here, but I'm still wayyyyy too conscious
