Firstly you look amazing in the beach pictures so i wouldn't be worrying too much, But also you cannot target a certain part of the body where you want to lose fat, You can hit certain muscles but then you will just have muscle with the fat still over the top. You just have to get about 500kals less than your normal maintenace dose and do loads of cardio your body decides where it will take fat from

Which you aint got any to take
If you have a beer belly and do 6000 situps a day you will have mint abs but they will still have the fat over the top.
